For me, I feel this past January has been one of my best yet and I feel I should really give my self a pat on the back because never in so long, have I fallen into a year with such positivity.
I feel personally I have improved dramatically, however I am still focused on being the best that I can with every day that passes.
I'm not entirely sure where the surge of energy has appeared from, but I can tell you that if I ever find out, I will certainly reach for more.
Not only have I improved mentally, but I have also improved myself physically: I am much more motivated, I find my self wanting to do daily activities, rather then shoving them away, I'm seeing my interests develop and my mind wanting to give them a try, I'm also more determined to read more and finally, physically I'm wanting to exercise quite a lot more.
I know for some these might not be important but for me, it is very much like I've been to the moon and back, and I have to document my entire trip; it's such a wonderful and humble feeling.
For February, I'm deeply hoping that I make it just as wonderful as I made January, if not even better; I even came to the conclusion, maybe I should set my self some goals for the month ahead? Now that's me being such a keen bean.
- Search for new recipes and give them a bash!
- Work out a little more during the week!
- Continue on your journey of books!
- Try be a little more social!
- Improve your confidence.
Nothing too over the top, but I find these are mighty enough, even though there is only 5. But nevertheless, I am determind to achieve all of them!
